We’ve been on Emotional Oranges for some time now. Three releases and this duo has yet to disappoint… in fact we need to rephrase as that essentially means they haven’t sucked yet. These two are pure dope, we suggest a chronological listen - beginning with ‘Motion’ -> ‘Personal’ -> ‘Hold You Back’. Something about the relationship / back and forth between the two vocalists, and the harmonies, so slick. Got us reminiscing Iron & Wine circa 2005. Catch that? Plus this retro porn baselines and smoooth production. Love this.
