Kiso Armic - is there a story behind the name? Or do you just have a really cool name?
Well, my real name is Krisitjan Armic, but most people had a hard time saying that when I was growing up so I always said my name was Kiso. This happened because at the age of 7 my cousin said “Kiso” by accident, and just like that my nickname was born. Everyone calls me that now which is kind of funny, so I figured why not use it as an artist name.
Who are you listening to these days? Any surprises? Guilty pleasures?
I’m listening to a lot of different music. One artist I always have playing though, is Eric Prydz. His music is the best and no one can even come close in my opinion. A guilty pleasure would for sure be some of Justin Bieber’s new tunes they are pretty good but then again who isn’t enjoying them.
High praise for one of the greats. So what's a typical day in the life of Kiso? What about when you're not working on music?
Well for right now I have about a month off of University so its constant work on music. When I’m not working on music I am most likely watching soccer on TV or studying.

You've got a lot of DOPE remixes, what is about a song that makes you want to remix it?
Oh thanks! Well I really have to like the vocals to want to remix it and the song has to have some sort of meaning to me. At the moment my favorite vocals to work with have been the Delaney Jane vocals as the lyrics have such great meaning and they are performed so well.

Well I am hoping to have a really big year music wise. As for touring that might be possible if I can sign with an agent but I really don’t want to rush anything.
Finally, When are you coming to Vancouver, Canada?
I have been to Vancouver quite a few times visiting family actually. Hopefully I can make it for a show in late 2016 or early 2017. If I am there you already know NeverRadio is on my guest list.
