Sometimes, on a Tuesday morning, as I hammer through dozens of emails searching for a potential #Todaystrack, this whole blog thing begins to feel a little bit too much like work. Unpaid work.
But then on a Thursday afternoon I get an email confirming media accreditation for Fvded In The Park. The next 2 days is us frantically trying to set up interviews and artist access - more work, but exciting 'is this actually happening!?' work. We receive a yes from Gallant's team. Two days later we're sitting in his trailer, asking Christopher if we should be mixing bourbon with our coffee, or just drinking it straight, out of a coffee cup? [ Check out the full interview here ] Imagine that. Quite a long way from Tuesday morning.
Now for the rest of the weekend we're watching some of our favourite artists in the world from side stage. You can't help but feel like Christmas morning when you're talking music with Galantis moments before they absolutely crush their set. Or hanging out side stage while Bryson Tiller serenades 20,000 (a personal highlight for this writer, video below).

It's impossible to capture all the moments we somehow experienced, from Travis Scott sidestage, to roast beef and yorkshire pudding dinners. Still, we're gonna try. Below is a collection of some of our favourite shots from the weekend.

What an unbelievable weekend. Have to hand it to Blueprint and Live Nation, this was a PARTY. They locked down arguably the biggest EDM acts in the world (and this writer's favourite artist [Pen Griffey], and smashed last year's already impressive attendance with 40,000 people attending over the weekend. Thanks so much for having us! See you next year!!!
